Practice Compassion. Communicate with Confidence

What is it?

An interactive intermediate level communication skills workshop where you will practice using an evidence informed structure to help you ENGAGE compassionately with a person who is upset/distressed.

Who can attend?

Any front-line staff member who might encounter someone who is upset/distressed and would like some support to practice and develop their compassionate communication skills.
